I have a question about the Acekard 2i and need some help. Whenever I use an 8gb micro sd card the games run slow and laggy but with a 1gb micro sd the games run perfect and smooth. I even tried buying different brand 8gb micro sd cards and it's still the same. I have tried formatting it but nothing works, anyone have an idea of what's wrong?

I have the AceKard 2i dsi compatible... it worked for about a year on the dsi - never a problem. However, I never used the wi-fi function. The other day a friend connected the wi-fi to his home network. I think he somehow changed the settings/maybe upgraded the software on the dsi!! NOW, The card does not work on his childs dsi or my dsi. It does work on a dslite. Any ideas on how to fix this. Thanks!

I may not be part of the Acekard team, but as far as I know, the Acekard can play SNES emulators. There is one called SNEmulDS.

However, I don't know if there is an emulator (for the Acekard) for GBC or N64.

there is one for snes and gameboy but the ds' specs are not high enough to emulate a full n64 enviroment

you might be thinking hey but the ds can play super mario 64 ds. Well that's because nintendo has the source code of that game so they can port it easily and in emulation there is no source code for the game

A.) I have found this is due to the firmware blocking out the card (FW 1.4U, E, J..etc)

A 2.) In order to solve this please use a Nintendo DS Lite to flash the acekard 2i bootloader so it works on 1.4 firmware, when you have flashed the bootloader the game is faked on the DSi as "Danny Phantom"

I downloaded the version 4.18, extracted and copied all the files onto the acekard 2i, but when I try to startup my DSi I get 'missing system file' error...what did I do wrong?

most of the tutorials on youtube say to upzip and copy all the files onto the acekard and usually show about 2-3 files in their demo, but the 4.18 version I downloaded has about a dozen files, do I put all of them onto the acekard or what?

Also, how do I find out which firmware version I'm using on the DSi?
