  • hey! this i a pretty stupid question, but i just bought the zoop and i cant get it to shut of. does anyone know how to turn the computer off? because i waited for about half an houre and it just go's to time mode.

  • @saraatjeh Hi,

This should normally go into and idle state and just show the time.

    regards

  • When changing the battery, does all history reset or is it still kept in archive ?

  • @FkRsr Hi, The history will remain, the settings may go back to default though. Regards

  • Hi there, the Suunto zoop would require the USB Dive manager which you can purchase for £45.00. This comes with the cable and the software and allows you to download data to your PC.

    Kind Regards

  • Hi there, we can confirm the Zoop does show the no fly time after a dive. Yes indeed the Zoop does have a built in memory of about 50 diving hours.

    Kind Regards

  • will the computer show a no fly time after dive? it does have a built in memory right?

  • Hello, I checked what i received with the product and found that it did not include the cable which connects the device to a computer. Does this product include the cable? And if not, what is the name of the cable which would connect the device to a computer.

    Thank You in advance

  • @bigrock123 The Zoop doesn't include the transfer cable, only the two flagship units (D9 & HelO2) have it in the box. The item you need is the Suunto Dive Manager, USB version. Make sure to choose the correct fitting for the Zoop/Vyper style unit. Thanks

  • Hi - if you run into deco where does it show you your stops or time to surface (assuming these are normal stops, not deepstops)?

  • @DOTR2010 - The stop ceiling depth is shown in the top right of the screen (if required) and remaining time just below.

  • but- the weather here is about 34 degree ! it will finish my battery, no?

  • @olarezable Hi there, temperature shouldn't make any difference, the battery should last 2-3 years depending on amount of dives.

  • how do i close this computer???

  • @olarezable Hi there, it doesn't actually turn off after a dive. When you come out of a dive it will return back to clock mode. Once in clock mode the power usage is very low and it won't really drain the battery. These computers have years of battery life in clock mode.

  • thanx 4 the fast answer!:)

  • @simplyscubadotcom thanx!

  • Have these computer deepstops?

  • @4lifediver Hi there, the Suunto Zoop doesn't have deepstops. The cheapest of the Suunto range to have deepstops is the Vyper Air.

  • does it show your remaining air pressure

  • @waternig1 Hi there, this computer is not air integrated and does not show remaining air pressure, if you want a dive computer that shows remaining air pressure please look at the Suunto Cobra, Cobra 3, Vyper Air, Vytec DS, D9 & HELO2.
