This was once one of the worse prisons in the Philippines. This facility is located in Cebu City, Cebu. The Warden was interviewed on a news program in the Philippinjes discussing the issues. He deserves kudos for cleaning up the facility and really REHABILITATING the inmates. It's working, that is all that matters, it's working...

I absolutely love this.I would rather see this than see them fighting and wanting to kill each other although I am sure they do have their problems.This is an amazing prison for rehab.Most of them help you become drug users and killers.

@mamy101 I totally agree. I think that many prisoners, no matter what their crime, are treated horribly. At least dance is a great a way for exercise, which will hopefully boost their mood, cause them to be seen as human beings, and continue to be therapeutic for them.
