I bet it was good... but traditional Philly Cheesesteaks are: Amoroso's Roll, Chopped Rib-Eye Steak, Cheese (Whiz, American, Provolone are acceptable), With or Without Fried-Onions. You can add fixins, like Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Marinara Sauce, and Ketchup. Mayo is a no-no. There you go.
