Further, why is this against states rights and "expanding government" when it states within the constitution to give "full faith and credit" to permits like this one? Wouldn't that mean the NFA, GCA, Brady Act, Assault Weapons Bans, etc are all against states rights as well? When can we expect our anti-gun brethren to attempt to repeal these laws?
