Mine turned out horrible. I think my hair is a lot kinkier than yours. I tried and it looked like a curly fro. I don't know where I went wrong. I'm going to wash it out and stick with the mini twists.

@BabyDee78 i wanted to try this when I first saw this video last year but I assumed id have the same issue as you and that is, my hair is indeed more kinker than hers so i never tried it. I just use gel cause I need something that will help my curls to stay instead of fluffing back up into a basic fro.

Now I'm trying the kimmy method from kimmaytube and that is working out better than I expected. I love prettydimples01 styles though. They are so amazing I only wish I could do most of them.

I used this product today for the first time after seeing your video. My twa looks very full and it has A LOT of shine and curls. It did feel sticky at first but I think I might have used a lil too much but after it dried it was ok. I did not use any other products with it either. Definitely a keeper for me. nice technique. your curls look great! how often do you get a trim? also, did you know that you dye your hair with natural henna powder? it last for a month or so. it also gives you a deep conditioning, leaving your hair soft and moisturized.

Ur hair is gorg but in my experience alot of the curl activator gels are sticky. They kind of stay gummy.

u know what I hate (not about ur hair but just natural hair in general). I notice that a small section of our hair in the front is always longer than the sides and it is noticable.

@dazzlepie If you don't have time to air dry your hair you can. blow dry it with the diffuser. yea she lives it florida. I live in connecticut where it get cold too. I diffuser my hair in the winter and air dry in the summer.

@439tasha The pineapple technique is when you put all of your hair in one high ponytail around the front of your head (Looks like a pineapple) then when you take it down it creates a bigger fluffy look.

Girl my feet hurt and Im glad to be sitting down...I just watched your twist vid when you used the cantu, avocado, and curly custard then I went to shower and did the same thing...I like my hair and I have a great curly pattern but my ends at the crown of my hair or just not the same length as the rest of my hair which is down to my chest like pass my collar bone. @PRETTYDIMPLES01 You have to be careful when mixing your products together. Really read the ingredients, if one is more water or oil based than the other, you can cause your scalp to break out or a mucus can form on top of your hair which will make your hair slimy. Especially when either one of the products have glyceride within it.
