how do you do this? im still new to photoshop, like, how many layers does this have? and when DID you laye it?

You pull up the picture and then make a new layer and copy it right over the other. This has maybe...twenty or so layers. The more layers, the bigger the file, I think, so don't layer it too much.

ok, so whats a tablet? is that the touch screen PC? or am i way off? XD

A tablet is this pad-thing that you get with a pen and you lightly touch it and move it and stuff. You just download the thing's discs and then connect the tablet to the USB drive.
