Florian Schneider is the one you're thinking of, but there have been other important musicians in the band's history that have left in previous years. Karl Bartos and Wolfgang Flur being two obvious ones.
It is pretty much a Ralf Hutter show now, although they are all excellent musicians and the band is still great.
