I am pretty sure this guy knows a lot more about the correct setup than you. A much to stiff car setup is worng on bumpy B roads like they race at europen hillclimb and he clearly has enough space in his fenders nothing to worry about

@nagmashot The stiffer the better on tarmac regardless if it is bumpy. The only thing you need to worry about is your ride height.

I would imagine its to do with flat shifting aswell, on modern flatshift gearboxes , the spark is cut for a split second as the next gear is engaged, which is why you wont hear it on a lemans turbo diesel or any other competition turbo diesel car, so simple answer would be no, its not at all related to the turbocharger system
