This isn't live, for a start. I've seen Saosin live twice, which doesn't make me an expert, but I know that they are an amazing band live. Videos on YouTube give them no justice. The atmosphere is always amazing and they're just genuinely good musicians. So before you judge Cove for being terrible live, consider that these videos can sometimes pick up vocals in a really unflattering way. And, throsby8, as I'm in the mood to be particular, it's "Course Cove is terrible" not "CAUSE" :)

i've seen them three times... cove isn't very good live. he attempts things that aren't exactly in his range on record, so, naturally, cove can't pull off a lot of his own stuff live. not taking anything away from the band, but arguing saosin to be "amazing" live is a bit of a stretch.

I guess it's all about your own interpretation of what you're looking for in a live show. It's not all about the vocal range; it's about the performance, and in my personal opinion, Saosin can't be faulted for their energy and charisma. Soo, for me, Saosin are amazing live.

but I've seen some live videos of them on youtube and I saw that Cove live is not so good... anyway they're still one of my favorite bands!

@mejdyjabr how many bands do you know that play and sing the songs live as well as they do in the studio. not that many. saosin is ok, I've been 5 times and yeah cove can't sing what he does in the studio, but neither can 85 percent of any other band with a record deal.
