brace you car on a jig, find a floorpan which is similar but rwd, cut your floorpan out, find a suitable rwd engine, gearbox propshaft and diff. fit all these and hay presto rwd. quick to say, months/years to do. im no expert but this is how its pretty much done, no doubt EVERYONE will say im wrong

Ok. It's hard to say exactly how much power needed, it depends alot on the car, wether it's a FWD,RWD or AWD, with or without differential lock and car weight, and so on. If you have a relatively lightweight car, with a decent amount of power, you should be able to pull off some tricks ;)
