  • The song (Tie a yellow ribbon round the old oak tree) dated on 1972, in the time, there are a VietNam War negociations for POW (Prisoners of War) release. 1973 Jan 30 : The liberation of US-POW from VietNam...in the HOME COMING Operation.

Thousand of Yellows ribbons had been seen.

1985 : Waiting for the US Hostages from Lebanon, Many Yellows ribbons used as a sign of waiting from USA peoples.

Yellows ribbons becames the popular sign of LOVE, FIDELITY and WAITING for the absent-personnel.

  • @SaigonCitizen lol holy fuck you must be high!

  • The tying the yellow ribbons around a tree started back in the 70's I believe, to show our love and support for the POW'S and the yellow ribbons are still being used today!!

Tony and his Band (the best band in the whole wide world) will be going to Iran in April to entertain our Troops!!

I'm sure Tony will be singing this song too!

Our Troops are in for a show of a life time!

Have A Great & Safe Trip and I'll see you when you get home!!
