Whilst having a very witty premise, for an Adam Curtis film, I don't find this to have a very clear line of argument at all, and though I think the phenomena he singles out are all very valid and interesting points, to me they, they don't really connect up at all, especially not to make such a general conclusion. Perhaps this is simply form the limitation of 6:30 mins, but I much preferred his longer work eg Century of the Self, which has less material but is very thoroughly and lucidly argued.
