I doubt this. Yes, Army troops to deploy. Martial Law - I seriously doubt it. Congress will pass a bailout, and though most Americans won't like it, it has to be done. A bunch of people riot at a high rise broker's office, you might see some riot police to keep things calm. Got a fistfight at a gas station? Some cops might show up to calm things down. But nationwide Stalinism? Don't think so.
