for the blue dress and the rest black and white:

go to color corrector (secondary), reset to none, add to the clip you want (works well with 1000 words), click select effect range and click on yuna's dress, click invert mask, put saturation in 0,00, gamma 1,000, then go to limit saturation and limit luminance and put the 2nd and 3rd bar max and the 1st one 0,00. then for the limit hue put the 1st and 3rd one max and the middle one around 10,0.
