Tip: when killing the ones in the air, you dont have to use a shotgun, any air born novistdors die from a single shot of anything so using a pistol is just as effective.

I barely use a shotgun. Especially in the village. I played through the village scenario with all a handgun. I only used 5 bullets in the first village fight with the chainsaw and the cabin. and right now i'm right where the video is and i have about 90 shot gun bullets 32 handgun bullets 72 rifle bullets 4 hand grenades 2 incenadiary and 1 flash and 5 fas' and 3 maxed herbs. also i have 628k just knife and use the handgun alot.

Your pretty much screwed up pal. Try looking around outside of this cave for ammo, if u can. if not then you'd better pray you can beat them with a knife..

Try using your pistol more and save the shotgun and such for these kinds of parts. Don't use a gun as soon as you get ammo for it, you have to conserve.

Naaa i think that novistadors are the most stupid creatures in RE4.There is one easy way to kill them with a few of bullets:using the Red9.I discoverde that even with a half-upgraded Red9,you can use 1 only shot to kill one of them istantly.So you don't need to waste your shotgun's bullets or your grenades.

I agree. I hate it when the Novistadors are invisible. Novistadors and Rengenerators are the creatures I hate the most.

dunno, maybe they retract wings and deploy armor on the ground. or it could be the fall.

1 shot from punisher in the air is vastly preferable to 3 from my shotty vs. ground.

do u get more ammo in the ps2 version cause almost every time u killed a novistador u got ammo and in the wii version its like a 1/10 chance cause u get eyes all the time

It seems pretty random to me. A lot of times I either get lots of ammo and no gems or the total opposite.

Great video, mate! Using the narrowness of the tunnels to your advantage is pretty much necessary to survive this. I also loved how many Mine-Darts you ended up getting in this level; was that a natural occurance, or did you keep reloading until it happened? Anyways, keep up the good work!

That's true, but at least you'll be able to recoup your losses now, especially if you use the capacity trick to get more ammo.
