Red steal is a must. It alows u to reach lvl 30 (With more pircs) and the story kicks ass (as well as the tesla cannon)

you need to have broken steel loaded...and to load broken steel you need to have the 1st DLC pack which contains both anchorage and pitt

You have to get the Broken Steel DLC.

Then you have a quest that you need to go to Adam's Airbase (or something) and you need to look for a box with your orders. (They tell you where to get the orders) and when you get them, the Tri-Beam is in there to.
