  • good speech. corn ethanol doesn't entirely compete with food supply only the starch gets taken out of it before it gets fed to livestock. but i do agree we should be looking 4 a bunch of solutions. I am blaming peak oil for food prices not corn ethanol. I don't have a problem with the starch being taken out of corn, the corn still gets used. i realize that doesn't help vegetarians. Ethanol is a work in progress and i keep sticking up for corn ethanol because U cant just start second generation.
