@53dumey Evidence or not, there are countless documented anti-gay leaders that have turned out to be gay themselves. As a matter of fact, I am willing to bet the house that the overwhelming majority of anti-gay activists are gay themselves. The reason for them doing it is they hate and fear the fact that they are gay and feel the more against it they are, the straighter they're going to be. It's also profitable politically to take the anti-gay stance of the Church.

Furthermore, gay marriage should be legal. It promotes monogamy among the gay community. Monogamy generally leads to lower rates of STD's.

People who have had a vasectomy, tubal ligation, had it shot off in the war, are infertile for any reason cannot marry. Furthermore no one can use birth control, no one can pull out, your wife can't swallow. I mean the only reason to have sex is to actively try to get pregnant....right? LOL

The Old Testament specfically allows for a woman to be raped and then purchased from her father. Love, family etc... were no part of it. A woman was property, she belonged to her Father until he "Gave her away" (which we still talk about today) to her new owner, her husband.
