I got the same result ,Loo0Lzz, but if you have four sticky pistons on each side instead of two so that the extra two pull the block itself and not just the piston, it works, but obviously it can be harder to wire.

@Donnyboypony You should attach the door activating wire to a bud detector instead, which could then be connected for example to a piece of dirt, so if you want to get in from the outside, just till the dirt. Note: If you place a block above the dirt you want to till before you till it, it will still cause the block to update, but it will revert. And btw, when you say rs nor latch, don't you mean t flip flop? XD
