so all i can say is you need to loosen up. too stiff. and if this is a dance warmup/workout you need to build up to the booty shaking. teaching hip movements left to right, front to back, the all that in order before making a smooth movement.
this was very helpful, now I know you don't have to learn a bunch of crazy break dance moves to do a dance workout :) How long do you usually dance for during your workout?

I usually go for about 3-5 songs, depending on how fit I feel. :)
