un aclaramiento  para los ke se estan ekibocando con la bandera esta ya abia desde ase mucho tiempo reprecentada en tejidos y mantas ke estaban ondeadas al biento en la epoka inkaika con lo ke dise aser ca de la bandera a cuadro esta segun cuentos reprecenta alas 49 naciones aymaras antiguas antes de la llegada de los inkas a esas sonas altiplanicas no confundan kon esas tonterias de los maricones

jajaja! al parecer se confundieron con la bandera de los andes. Porta casi los mismos colores, pero la diferencia es que la bandera de los andes trae figuras en froma de cuadrados. Obviamente esa es la bandera gay, pero ya tenemos la idea verdad? Creo que eso es lo que cuenta. =)

Aparte la bandera Peruana no pertenece alli, se confundieron en cuanto a banderas se tratan. Creo yo..

The musicians are really good!

And it's true, these cultural dances are Bolivian, and there're obviously more than just one type. There is "Morenda, and sicury" apparently.

The Peruvian flag is mistaken in my opinion at this festival, there is a slight difference culturally. Japanese should be credited more, rather than either Bolivia or Peru in this page. (Personal opinion!)
