No, of course you're not using the 2012 balance patch. This video was posted in June which is before Capcom even announced the balance patch. Unless these videos are only edited together and meant to LOOK like real combos, you've got some fake combos in there.

Are you playing with the 2012 balance patch or something? Is Oni getting some serious buffs? Because there is NO WAY Oni could pull that off in the game right now. Take the Balrog combo for example, EX Demon Slash doesn't launch opponents that high and you can't use an air fireball after an air hurricane kick.

Capcom originally created the line I am not human for Desk, as Desk was too OP of a character to put in the game they made Oni instead and used it on him.

@Cantdanceforreal two. ultra one can be shot as a horizontal fireball (2x QCF all punches, can also get a cinematic where he shoots a second fireball), a vertical fireball (2x QCF all kicks), or done in the air (2x QCF all punches in air). Ultra two is the anti-air ground stomp that generates either that purple wave of energy or gors into the cinematic where he chases the opponent into the air with the uppercut.

@simplelife88393 Yeah. I noticed in the video. I remember a stream I was watching where James Chen was talking about Oni's SRK. He was talking about just like you said, you have to FADC the second hit. Since that is so, you can only FADC his uppercut on hit. You can't do it on block. So, you really have to be careful with it. Blocked or whiffed, it's completely unsafe. I hate that, but every character has their flaws.

besides all that awesome footage, oni is still mid/low tier in ssf4ae, compared to classic characters like Ryu, ken, Chun li and stuff. There will be a patch in 2012. I suppose they will improve his potential. Considering all important canonical sf characters like Oni, Gouken and evil ryu, they should try to make em tougher.

If he drops the combo you'll be able to see it on the screen cus the #hits will pop up before he finishes attacking haha. Desk doesn't drop combos and isn't dropping them in this video either lol xD

HOLY SHIT How'd you get the Ultra 2 to work with the animation at 0:20??! It doesn't do that from my knowledge and it didn't work further in the vid either.

I loved the EX Slideslash, Jump P to Air EX Tatsu and Air Ultra 1 while landing......ridiculous stuff.

In your opinion which is the better Ultra to use between them. Ultra 2 does do more dmg with its animation than U1 [even with its own animation], but really less without it. What did you find more useful?
