Thank you for posting this film. My father, Richard Beaudry worked as an Operator for Ontario Hydro at this Dam. Our family lived in Abitibi Canyon from 1965 to June 1973. This documentary is a great piece of Canadian history. I wrote several memorian type stories about our experiences while residing in the "Canyon" which were published in the High Grader Magazine and which are also posted on my Facebook page. Thank you for this. Our family lived there for years. Brings back memories, bittersweet now that the community itself has been dismantled.
