Firstly Hermione seems to be a very clever girl, and very much like her brother in the business idea's.
The only problem I would say is that viewing everyone she meets as potential business will in some way stop her from having close friends. In day to day life of average people, many people who have close friends help each other without any expectation of it being returned. I firmly believe you should never make make money from family or friends, its very wrong.
