stanmanmo59, There is a big difference between speaking out on an issue, bringing correction and rebuke, etc as compared to labeling and slandering someone as a "false prophet." It is akin to working out a conflict with your wife while at the same time calling her a whore. It doesnt work, and that is precisesly what you do.

Yes very true. The mass deception we were warned about has certainly shown up in the world. Yet Yeshua said to let the tares grow together with the wheat until the end of the world where he will seperate them out to the lake of fire, as stated in Matthew 24. Love to know the word is living and operating right in our midst. Couldn't ask for a better time in history to be alive.

I believe that a false prophet is detectable only through a relationship with Jesus. It is through the Holy spirit that we are warned away from false teachers and doctrins. That spirit is sent by Jesus. If we are obedient to it,forsaking our own desires. We will be safe.
