stay motivated. a lot of people look back at the weight they've lost and that alone makes them fall off the wagon because they almost feel that they've earned a break. Not saying it happened to you because i don't know your situation. Just focus on where you're at now and want you want to get down to. 5lbs a week should be doable if you stick to a good diet.. Won't be a cake walk by any means. Switch up exercises so u don't plateau. *muscle confusion* HIIT workout is a fat DISSOLVER! look it up
Wow good luck! I myself am getting back on the wagon. I just got through day 1 then told myself okay just do it again tomorrow! If anything just try to lose as much as you can within that 2 months.
