This application was developed by a Microsoft Surface partner along with Coldwell Banker. Microsoft does not own the rights to this application. But you do bring up an interesting possibility with multi-touch. In the case of the video, the focus is really around multiple users, which is a scenario where a tablet would not provide as much value.
I know that you guys have brought some Surface apps with the touch pack, but have any of you considered selling this application so that users with a tablet PC could take advantage of it's touchscreen capabilities? I know that right now the touch features of tablets aren't too productive but if Microsoft released these business-like touch applications for tablet PCs using Windows 7, it would make tablets a lot more productive, and in my opinion, start to fill the gap between today and surfaces.
