mum who, along with me dad drove all the way from high wycombe to get me, i was a jibbering wreck, absolutely convinced the IRA were on me case. We all drove back the next wednesday to pick up me car & me mate...we had a punchup the next friday down the pub. The people of pilton lodge were really good to me, they were also at the festival, they came back to the house & saw me in the living room looking wild eyed but were really nice, they had a group photo in the front garden & i'm in it :0)
i was crouched behind the garden wall of a house called pilton lodge in pilton just down the road from the festival after taking tooooooo much liquid speed thinking the IRA were after me, i remember thinking "what the fuck is robbie williams doing playing glasto??" the owner of said house came out with her dog an i emerged from her hedges covered in mud with my arms outstretched and threw myself on her mercy, she eventually let me in, gave me some tea & toast & a change of clothes & let me......
