    I was reading about macronutrients in a book called burn the fat feed the muscle.

    I'm gonna have to work harder to eat properly.

    I am a vegan so I never have trouble with some of those foods.

    you'd think I would have trouble with weight. Buut stuff like brown rice and chick peas have tons of calories!! and I like them the best boo hoo cry cry.

    Great video. I would say not RAW enough!!! Get nasty with it. hehe

  • @RicRagsLive haha! if you like chick peas, do you like hummus? i make a thick raw tahini spread with the same seasonings i use when i make hummus and its super good! not really low cal, but delicious, raw, and sesame seeds are so good for you, in my book the benefits outweigh the fats : )
