We went there last Sunday night and both Cranes got jammed and shut down. The Pathetic part of the whole experience was the Anamatronic voice-over pre recorded announcement that "This Attraction is no longer operational, and we regret any inconvenience to your resort world experience" . Jeez it would have been more professional to have a real human do an announcement. then we wouldn't have gone home feeling as though this fails like this all the time.

I'm so sorry you missed the show through no fault of yours....this opening show was nearly cancelled too because it was pouring...you could actually see the lightning in the background!! I hope this little video gave you an idea of how it was like....thks for watching!

I had the chance to watch this when it was still doing test runs - simple reason being the company I work supplied the LED screens in the bird.

And Singapore is a lovely city.
