ok, first of all you have to have a microphone of some sort. Then, you go into your start menu, click on --all programs>accessories>entertainment>sound recorder. Then you record the sound you want and click save. Then add it into your video. The voice that you hear thorughout this whole video is actually my voice. Hope this helped!
