i have never seen erykah badu live but i have alwyas been a big fan of hers!!! but what i will say is seeing these live videos makes me definately want to experience her live for myslef!!!

I will say this. I finally saw Erykah in concert and I would never disrespect her craft/art by exploiting her on the net via my own personal recorder. I do appreciate being able to go back and recap the amazing experience I had but as an artist I agree with Jake. I also believe that Erykah would rather not have clips of ehr all over Youtube, because she mentioned it at the concert. Either way she is the dopest artist out there.
Erykah post videos of herself on her myspace page all the time... If she was worried about fans uploading videos of her in concert she can easily put a stop to it.. Erykah is no beyonce diva.. I doubt she cares about something as silly as a youtube clip of her.. i see it as a fan appreciation.. I think jake wants to be Badu's manager
well I live in brazil and as far as i know erykah never made a show here, so, that's the only way I can see her singing live, and it looks better than I thought!! She's a real diva!
i can understand waht jake70s is saying at all...but i prefere to share this good stuff with all the people ...you now, EB is a REAL artist and the only thing these clips are and will do is promoting her everywhere in this world... now i wanna see her live more than ever and if i hadn't seen those videos i'm sure i won't have paid anything for her show.... or her albums...ERYKAH COME AGAIN TO BARCELONA PLEASE!!!I'll BE THERE FOR SURE!!!
Hey girl.. as much as I enjoy watching her live, I doubt any artist will appreciate a gig is fully recorded without permission and largely uploaded onto the WWW. Call me a wanker, but I think it's not entirely fair towards the people on stage to share recordings they weren't aware of being made. I know you must be a big fan, but this might not be the smartest way to show it. Your intention to share with other fans is good, but maybe you gotta think about what a gig is all about, too! Peace.

This is the ONLY way that fans like you and I can access this AMAZING life material/life lesson. When something is this real/good/true, it is hard to tame. If e. wanted to stop it, she would. However, I have a feeling that she would release this if she didn't have a hangup somewhere. It is perfect in every way and there is NO reason to not share perfection.
Hey TG,I dig what you're saying,the only reason I've responded like this is,because I think(compared to the other Badu-vids on YouTube™) a boundary was crossed here,and wouldn't want it to be the trigger for management/lawyers to flag all Badu-clips(and us ending up with nothing).I cannot speak for Ebi,but don't think she's allowing camcorders into a gig to compensate for the lack of a DVD-release..
