Any trainer with lots of command travel and an oversized engine can do that. What the video "forgot" to mention is that the trainer must have *lots* of tail weight, making it unflyable in conventional way.

yes, they don't say it's impossible to fly a plane with the CG in the tail, that's why they're "landing" this way. so the take off, there's no magic.
