All i have to say about nollie flips are that do a nollie but place your foot lower or in the flick position and then try a nollie but you will feel the board griping with the flicking foot and then go with the flow.

a good way to learn nollie/switch flips is to turn your board upside down and just practice flicking(rolling) the wheels with your right foot and then your left foot to get the kickflip motion down.then practice landing them just standing still.when you actually go for them make sure your front foot is in the pocket.if you watch a video you'll see that alot of pros do their switch flips differently then their normal kickflips their back foot is almost always in the pocket instead of on the tail

i had to work hard for this trick. it took me a week to learn how to flip it and another week to learn how to catch and land it. I finally figured out that u just have to concentrate on bringing ur front foot up because the back foot is already there.
