I am sure you will find a good barber that will give you a nice cut. I can give you orientation for you if you want to do it by yourself. I did mine many times with success, so you would, as you have a much better hair texture for it than mine.

It's not a catastrophe, it will grow back and then you can go and have your hair cut by another barber.
Don't cut the top front too short, it gives you a huge forehead ! Back and sides are OK.
You look good with short haircuts. Anyway, you could consider longer hair in winter.
