In the US, interviews have basically become an interrogation process, since most full-time entry level jobs have well over 100 applicants these days. The most irritating question is "What can you tell us about our [own] company?" No joke. Employers expect job seekers to research their company beforehand, as if they're famous and shit!

After watching X-Tina's performance, I think I'll try wearing a jacket with nothing underneath to the next funeral I sing at.... ;)

The biggest BS question I ever got asked in a job interview was this gem:

"Why are you applying for this job?"

A couple times I actually burst into laughter at the interview and asked the interviewer if they were kidding. Really, why does anyone apply for a job? Sure as the sun's in the sky, it's not to meet interesting new people.
