That's sad, our football federation could do better (build new stadiums and stuff) but they are doing much for young players and for the future, I mean we even got Brazil to play this August in Estonia, that's pretty amazing. Artak Grigoryan isn't in the reserve club of CSKA. He's just on loan with some other club untill December. Forget that Tomsk Tom, I've watched their highlights on TV and theirs nothing special about them. The German teams wanted the Armenian players because they thought they were fast and could make things happen. And Armenians do play in better teams, all Estonians have is AZ and "Tomsk Tom", (if it means that much to you guys).

It's always hard for small country's to compete in the qualifying campaign, Estonia and Armenia are very similar, both small ex-Soviet countrys. This time Estonia won but I'm sure Armenia can still get points if they fight.

thats the problem. we dont fight. our players are playing without pride its like they dont care because Ruben Hayrapetyan the president of the FFA is hogging all the money like a bitch and not funding our team for it development and im pretty sure thats the case in most ex Soviet/Eastern Europe countries. That's sad, our football federation could do better (build new stadiums and stuff) but they are doing much for young players and for the future, I mean we even got Brazil to play this August in Estonia, that's pretty amazing. I don't think that problem doesn't occure in Eastern European countries like the Baltics. We chose to go to the west and we are doing much better than the countries that decided to stay with Russia. Armenia should also go west, I think that would also help your football.

You do have a point but i mean in Soviet Times im pretty sure uve heard of FC Ararat winning the Soviet Cup a few times and back in the day Soviet clubs were the est in the world ex. Dynamo Kiev, Spartak Moskva, FC Ararat, Dynamo Tbilisi. CSKA Moskva etc etc. But idk why Armenia dont wanna go west. i guess its our geography or its just our people are loyal to Russia.

Of course I've heard of Ararat, they did a great job, top class. Well for us, Estonians, Russians are like Turks to Armenians. Russians occupied Estonia for 50 years and killed 21 % of our population by deporting them to Siberia or just murdering them, sadly they never got punished like the Germans. I understand that Russia is much more of a friend to Armenia than Turkey.

Stalin was the main mastermind but his puppets were all russian. Evil doesn't ask your nationality, Hitler for example wasn't German either, he was from Austria. I know that people were sent to Gulags, my grandfather was in a work camp in Siberia for 15 years.

You have listened too much Russian tall tales. The only reason Estonians sided with Germany in 1944 was because a few years back when the Russians were in Estonia, they did their first mass-killing. Simple farmers, mothers and children were sent to Siberia, high-ranking military and goverment personnel were shot to dead immidieatly, even though Estonia allowed Russians to build their bases here in 1939.

It wasn't like Estonians wee loyal to Hitler or they liked the things that Germany did, no. Estonians didn't even know about the German mass-killings, only about the Russian ones. They joined the Germans because that was the only way to the defend their homeland, they weren't allowed to build up their own army. I'm sure that if the Estonians had beat the Russians in Estonia, they would've also beat the Germans afterwards.

I really hate to continue this topic since it's reall offtopic. The Soviets always did what they thought. They didn't care about Estonia or it's people, nor did they care for the other SU states. In Baltics they just control over the Baltic Sea. Their communism didn't work, everything they did, failed. The people were unhappy and they spent all their money on military.
