  • @ImC00LyourNOT no i think she really is playing with her eyes closed O_o lol.

  • Mozart's concertos are very good and pretty easy to play actually. Well, easy, compared to, let's say, Rachmaninoff, they are very easy.

  • a prodigy, right there.

  • I've ben playing the grand piano for over 20 years and she looks like she plays better than me.

  • if you can do something well

theres always an asian who can do it better than you

  • now that is talent!

  • omg how old is she? she's so talented!

  • Music is within each and everyone of us. you dont have to be a fan of music to know its emotion. you can always appreciate the talent those have such as this young girl here, or the emotion a certain song or piece will evoke with in you. music is one of the greatest gifts to us.

This young girl has more talent, skill, and intelligence then any politician, scientist or goverment ruler.

  • Asian...

  • omg! pure music

  • some people just got a thing for music.

  • Bravo !

Toutes mes félicitations à cette petite fille virtuose !

  • Oh my god, she is a little Classical Kitaro <.<

  • It is so enlightening to see youth bring such wonderful joy and beautiful music to the world. What talent she has. I'm fortunate to see this post and for that Thank you!

  • HOLY SHITBALLS!!!!!!!

  • she's perfect

  • Some Investigations are needed here, she is likely the reincarnation of Mozart or Beethoven. she got my tumb up!

If you don't like this, go seek for cure cauz you r seriously sick!

  • Her name is Aimi Kobayashi. She is a Japanese.

  • how old is she here? =)

  • @rachellikescookies Does that really matter? I mean how does age tell about your skill, its about the level of experience and training. And we all know about the chinese and their way of teaching children from an early age.

  • @Stoiss wow i was just fucking curious lol. i know age has nothing to do with it, i'm just pretty impressed! so why can't i ask?

  • @rachellikescookies Don't worrie, i wassent flaming you, just saying that age is not a way to measure talent :D LOL cool down

  • @Stoiss haha yeah sorry about that. alrighty then. anyway impressive performance, and this never bores me.

  • @Stoiss Aimi is Japanese not Chinese.

  • @chobeethaninov true, but i was kinda referring to the general way of producing talents in asian countrys. :)

  • @rachellikescookies She was 10 here and now she is 16.

  • i like when she smiles at the end :))

  • Definitely was studying Fourier series and signals listening to this youtube playlist till I saw this munchkin completely pounding/annihilating/owning every note of this song. She's adorable, and this reinforces my yellow fever. I am getting an asian wife. My kids will deal with the wrath of Persian + Asian parents.

    Back to EE shit...

  • is it just me or is the conductor dancing between 2:23 and 2:33

  • I think she loves the music.

  • @lauraandelena I think she's a genius.

  • I almost want to hit the "dislike" button just because I am so amazingly jelous

  • zajebiscie nakurwia

  • la niña ews ecepcional

  • @youngslik1 Right, the country where instead, kids idolize the pop stars, or rather, the musical retards, of the world. People who probably haven't even studied music theory, claiming to be "artists", making millions of dollars from doing absolutely nothing special. I live in America, and this country's current culture sucks bollocks.

  • @LamentationsEnd Don't be disrespecting any music. All music gets inspiration from the same place one way or another. If you truly love music, you would love all the ways people express themselves. All the way from mozart to hardcore. With country music being the one exception. ;)

  • @youngslik1 Ignorant fool.

  • Bravo

  • Does anyone know the name of the orchestra and the conductor?

    Amazing! Really nice performance!!

  • She is aimi kobayasi. Japanese piano players> she is now sixteen years old. Perhaps movie was recorded when she was 10 years old!

  • Don't you believe in reincarnation?

  • little mistake at 3:59. But still would like to play like that...

  • I like the professional manner of the entire orchestra, both the genius young pianist and all other performers. The girl has so much potential, the only tiny problem is her hand is still undeveloped so the piano tone is not as glorious as it could be. Overall Outstanding music!

  • tom morello started playing guitar at almost 20 and became a pro, do not give up your dreams

  • She is spectacular! Maybe the most amazing part is.....no sheet music, she's playing from memory!!! Astounding.

  • I realised this is not the full piece. The front four minutes or so are not present sadly.

  • How old is this girl??? That´s dantastic!!!

  • @divineknight255

    ajjajaja

  • "Neither a lofty degree of intelligence nor imagination nor both together go to the making of genius. Love, love, love, that is the soul of genius". Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

  • @GIGA3559 I wish the things that I loved brought upon my inner genius.

  • @Zircemerald Genius is not brought about. Rather, what the quote was trying to say is you can never be a genius without a love for what you do, for you will never have the passion to pursue it far to reach the level of a genius. You might not have started early enough to have considerable edge over your peers (what they generally label as talent) in your field of interest, but do not give up, for "genius is one percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration". Follow the 10000 Hour Rule.

  • @illonus The problem in this world is that if you don't get started at an early age on what you love, your talent will not be brought about to be known before it's too late. Then you simply must do whatever makes you the most money  It's a paradox. Now I'm stuck in college not doing what I truly want to do or what I enjoy. I guess in a way it's for the better. One's living would be better off as a regional manager or something of that sort instead of a bankrupt artist...

  • @Zircemerald I hear your pains man. I personally love piano but I've never taken a lesson because of cost and also the same reason as you, having to conform to societal norms and self-limiting beliefs. You don't have to make it a living, because if you truly love it you will get the same satisfaction simply pursuing it as a passion rather than as an occupation. What is it that you love btw?

  • @illonus Well, I've always loved to paint and pottery and also play the saxophone. All these things are just hobbies nowadays.

  • The conductor movements are so not Mozart btw, and wait, does anyone have the whole Concerto, just wondering because at the end of the first movement it looks like she is going to jump out the chair and thank to the public... something I would never do by the ways, break the piece into smaller pieces, is that respecting the original intention of this genious? I don´t think so...

  • @CarlitosDessay I think Aimi only performed the 1st movement in this concert.

  • I agree with many of your comments here, it´s impossible a girl that age reaches such a level in understanding Mozart´s music, even Mozart itself composed it when he was 34, and this one is REALLY different to the others in so many ways. Still it´s amazing what this girl does, but yes, clearly told her what to do and where/when.

  • @CarlitosDessay " It's impossible a girl that age reaches such a level in understanding Mozart's music" Certainly the experts in classical music can teach us or explain to us how a piece of Mozart's music must be played.....I am not an expert in classical music but Amy is sending me to Heaven playing this Mozart's concerto number 26......I love you Amy

  • holy shit

Some are not for lack of economy or culture, I think

Also important is the support of tutors, encourage and not explode

    support them in all regards.

  • IMPOSSIBRU

  • @Paganiniilcannone It's not "clear" that she was taught to make those movements. Maybe, maybe not. And even if she was really taught to do so, so what? I don't see anything wrong in it. But one thing that is "clear" is her immense talent, technically and already at that age musicality. Just her sense of rhythm and of phrasing speaks but itself.

  • @Paganiniilcannone : pretty sure she feels the music :p

  • @Paganiniilcannone you know that for a fact?

  • This makes me and my first year of piano playing look like nothing! D:
