Lolguys, being a twin or triplet or whatever has NOTHING to do with whether or not you're born at the same time. It has to do with your genetic makeup, and the fact that the mother had the zygotes in her uterus at the same time.

Very misleading title. However, this is just like me! My sisters' birthday is today. They are identical twins. We're 4.5 years apart, and we all look exactly alike. Yes you can have triplets born 5 years apart. Its common when you have fertility treatments and sometimes if there are twins, they only implant one of the twins and freeze the other for later. Some people cant hold multi kids.

People click on this vid b/c of the name & expect a moving or weird story about triplets being born over a 5 year span. I found it while watching some VERY weird videos (in vitro), which led me to believe it was similar. People are either confused by the title or disappointed in the video (hence the dislikes). Don't get me wrong - I love babies (& yours are cute), but when I want to watch vids of babies I'll search "cute babies," not the search term that took me here. See the confused comments.

My older daughters name is Cassidy and her twin sisters Lindsay and Madison are 3 years younger than she is. I went into labor on Cassidy's bday and the hospital was able to stop the labor for a few more weeks. My twins were still born nearly 1 month early, but were healthy and able to come home with us after 5 days in the hospital. Cassidy is now a teenager, and my twins are pre-teens. I wish they didn't grow up so fast.

My assumption is that she took out a certain number of eggs. She tried and conceived Jessica out of the bunch, and then with the other eggs (from the same batch) she conceived Maddison and Cassidy five years later. So, yes they are a singleton and a set of twins however some see this as another way to define "triplets" as they are all from the same eggs. But I guess all babies kind of are but not. Now I'm confusing myself. :S

How about this scenario: Their mother was in vitro fertilized, she did not want to carry all 3 babies at the same time so 2 of embryos were cryo-preserved. Mom gave birth to Jessica, then few years later she decided to to "retrieve" remaining 2 babies.
