your lip sync and facial animation needs more refining...1:12-13..lacks snappiness ..shiny robot..elbows and wrists seem to be goin wierd..i think it wud be better for u to use "simple" render settings..it's an animation reel right..so focus has to be on the animation!u shud work more on ur animation..smoothness..timing...anyways nice effort.All the Best!!!
