Do some reseach! S510 was passed by the Senate in November 2010, but didn't make it any further than that. Also, the incindent in this video, albeit very heinous and wrong,happened before S510 got voted on, and the claims were violations of California State health codes. They were confiscating unpasteurized raw milk, not tomatoes. The Food Safety Act that has been signed into law this past January regulates imported food entering the United States. Your vegetable gardens are safe.

Well,i do! The largest food problems in the US came from big agribusiness animal factories, and exactly those are profitising compared to small farmers! Now the FDA has much more control on what is grown and how.The FDA is closely connected with Monsanto,with former Monsanto employees working within the FDA. S510 would enforce automatic harmonization with CODEX,an international set of laws that would supercede American law.
