Listen, it wold be cool if KWD were more known in the metal world. However, if more attention is brought to them and the bigger they get, they'd lose one of the biggest things that makes them unique: the samples. If major companies got wind of them using bits from their movies and tv shows, they'd sue them and make them remove the samples from their songs. Which would then mean they'd either have to go back and remove the samples, thus butchering the songs, or stop selling the albums with them.

@HumanityIHate Actually, I talked to the singer Matt outside of my local Gamestop one day and I asked him that very question about the samples and he told me that they didnt have permission to use any of them, so they would get royally fucked if they got widely know. But I think he had a "worry about it when it happens" kinda attitude. Plus if you watch their newer videos they've replaced the samples with their own. KWD are awesome though and easily in my top 5 favorite bands.

I'm not even sure if they still make music. I haven't seen them in like 4 years and they only live like 3 hours from me
