This video definitely has some room for improvement on getting the point across. I totally understand that this is supposed to be a broad overview of the 4 C's, but it seems like the video could have been outlined better. Most of the speakers appeared to know their script. Kudos to Professor Amis for appearing the most relaxed. Body language is a big deal as it turns out. The 4C's (Communication, Critical Thinking, Emotional Control and Creativity) were only spelled out one or two times.
