  • Purdy nice! If you are figuring those all out by ear some pretty fine listening! Impressive!

  • Thanks - but not by ear - tab!!!

But, thanks anyways! I'll get there someday.

  • very cool..i'm gonna go look up this book..

  • It's a great one!

I got mine off of ebay, there's not a store anywhere near me that would carry anything as obscure as a mandolin book!!!!

    Good Luck

  • Yeah, well that's what it's all about - practice, practice, practice. Seems to me you've got all the notes it's just a matter of getting the timing up to speed and, of course, that takes practice, practice, practice. Oh, did I already say that?

  • Yup, soundin' perty darn good.

  • Thanks. Personally I think it's pretty rough - which seems to be born out by the fact that nobody has really commented on this or the Yank Rachel songs - guess I've got to practice more!!

  • sweet! what kind of mandolin are you playing? it sounds great!

  • Thank-you!

It is an Epiphone MM-50. I have it plugged in - going through a Behringer Pedal. The pedal helps a lot to get a nice tone.

Thanks again, looking forward to some new stuff from you soon!
