Extract to the 'Maps' folder, go into GMod and select Singleplayer then the Other folder. Finally, select this map's name.

Find the folder you extracted in the Maps folder, it should be called 'Addons'. Go in that folder and click 'gm_XhS_construct'. Then click maps, then copy 'gm_XhS_construct.bsp' to the maps folder. Delete the Addons folder. So in the end, gm_XhS_construct.bsp is on its own in the Maps folder!
