I am highly displeased with the gov't too.

The church stance on this is highly religious. Their stance on population control can be done, if every person is rational, has the set of values and awareness as what their faith tells them, however, truth is most especially the lower class do not really follow every single thing. Sad to say the state must act here regardless of how the church reacts, sadly the politicians are too greedy and selfish to do whats necessary.
