Looks very similar to Evangelion, choice angles and imagery. Anno is a very talented director. This movie looks very powerful, I hope to see this someday.

This film looks interesting. I wasn't aware that Shunji Iwai had a leading role in a film, essentially playing himself it appears. Since Hideaki Anno was behind Neon Genesis Evangelion, I can see a lot of fan boys and fan girls not being too interested in watching this. Since Anno himself had a long bout with depression and the girl in the film seems to suffering from depression as well, I would be intrigued as to what the film has to say about the subject.
