Jesuitical: pertaining to the Jesuits or their principals; designing; cunning; deceitful; prevaricating
The Jesuits completely altered the education system to suit their Evo-Hoax agenda to discredit the Bible. They cant have a Satanic society of 'Do as Thou Wilt' if people still follow the Bible.
Cant science explain religion rather than prove it wrong all together?
An intelligent religious man/woman will never shun or call science blasphemy, instead they would use it to explain religion further.
There are things written in the Quraun that science has proven to be quite extraordinary. Things that at the time that it was written it would be impossible to have known. I wont say i am the most religious person in the world but i do believe in god and i also believe in science.
A scientific theory (in this case the formation of the earth, NOT evolution, which is something completely different) has to explain the relavant facts, but can't be contradicted by any of them.
So. On one hand we have the theory of slow formation, which is supported by thousands of facts, but has yet to explain one curiosity. On the other hand we have the theory of instant formation that explains a few facts, but is completely contradicted by thousands of other facts.
The hole problem is this: This sole reseacher has find one fact. That fact has not yet been fully implemented in the theory of the formation of the earth. There may be dussins of different explanations of how these halos got there.
But you can't simply state a new theory that explains this single fact quite convinient, but at the same time ignores thousands of other facts.
I speek publicly often. Since I know what I am talking about when I'm speaking I simply use slides to highlight the main points. I do not have to memorize or read. This is stupid! Polonium 218 has a half life of about 3,5 minutes. However the poloniums origin is from the decay of Uranium (U 234, HL:245000 years) =>Thorium (Th 230, HL:75300 Years)=>Radium (Ra 226, HL 1602 years)=>Radon (Rn 222, HL3,8 days)==> Polonium (Po218, HL 3,5min). so even if the granite took 2000 years to cool enough to form, then it would still contain U 234 which would then decay, and finaly decay to Polonium 218.
If you want to attack a position, at least learn the f-ing basics!
So, let me get this straight, If natural selection and evolution is wrong, the bible's theory of creation is substantiated, who is this moron. I say it proves that the universe was created by a magical purple unicorn who pissed out the universe. Check and Mate.

Gentry's hypothesis for a young Earth failed all tests.
1 Gentry's entire thesis was built on a compounded set of assumptions.
2 He was never able to demonstrate that concentric haloes in mica were caused uniquely by alpha particles resulting from the decay of polonium isotopes.
3 His samples were not from "primordial" pieces of the Earth's original crust.
4 He never answered the many options that demonstrated a great age for the Earth.
5 Any contradictions required three "divine interventions".
Interesting when they say "there is no other explanation" when there is practically no comment by anyone else. Scientists supporting kinetic energy theory had a similar problem (to what these people call "evolutionists") when some scientist that preferred caloric theory took a bunch of random electromagnetic fields and said "Well, you can't explain that!" They pretty much went "Yea, but that's a bunch of random stuff and everything else supports kinetic energy theory." Basically, it's bullocks

but the bible does mention unicorns and giants with some frequency
christians tend to believe what they're told to believe from the bible, which makes no sense since a unicorn has as much possibility for existing as a man being reincarnated or a talking snake
He can't be a real scientist, he says this has to do with evolution, in fact it has absolutly nothing to do with it. But assuming what he says is right, what is if there was water cooling down the rock fast enough?
If I put the glas of water in a freezer with a temperatur of -200°C instead of -20°C it would freeze fast enogh to preserver the boubles.
If you go to HILARYisaSHEMALE's channel page you'll find all kinds of misleading videos. This person is doing a great job of making creationists look bad. It's funny how they always seem to dig their own holes. Thanks!
This one falls apart at the very beggining suggesting that these halo have anything at all to do with evalution. Pure idiocy.... Creations will go to any extreme, even thinking that they can pretend to be a scientist. Aside from that is was a very funny video .
I gotta say, BVE... "Lol wut". He was a scientist, although one that didn't have access to the tools we do today... Don't know what point you're trying to make though.
Plutonium-218 is a decay product of gaseous radon-222, which is a decay product of uranium-238. That is, uranium decays into radon gas, which can move to other parts of the rock (these halos are only found next to small cracks in the rock, for this reason). This radon then decays to form plutonium-218, which produces the distinctive halo discussed in the video.
Creationists aren't scientists.
(Paraphrased from Philsta)
You have only proven Creationist ignorance. Grats!
'This is evidence granites were formed instantly!' What like they are when magma cools to create rock? I hope this guy understands that there is no truly old rock on Earth. Rock is eaten away and created by continental drift. That takes millions of years and you can observe it in the very strata of all land on Earth. Idiot.
Wait a minute, now that i finished the show, i realized that this is a fake-named video trying to get people who originally wouldn't watch a creation-Proof video to watch it. Though what Ive seen now is intriguing to say the least, I'm sure that science will ONCE again disprove this. Always have, always will, feel free to flame me but I'll be laughing at YOUR sorry ass in less than a year.
See ye, also this was a dirty trick you pulled. Naming this wrongly.
The Theory of Evolution is merely a branch amongst several other -ology studies attached to the tree of science. This includes the origin of Life, Physics, etc. Scientists built this theory off their research in many of these fields.
And Christianity is NOT the first religion and all religion is based off history books, but evolution is still updated to this day, there's never been an update into religion exept "intelligent Design" which was proven to be the old thing and had no science behind it.
Basically Religion is Pseudo Science and is wrong at every turn, cause every turn is disproving science, WERE it "Always" fails. Keep in mind PROOF is what you can see in your own eyes, right in front of you WITHOUT a doubt to any
Radiometric dating proves that the earth is a wee bit older than six thousand years.
The fact that he us using radiative decay rates to prove creation seems a little queer.
And since when is something caused by God just because we can't quite explain it? I remember something about a grizzled man tossing out lightening bolts from the top of a mountain but for some reason that never caught on...
This is complete bullshit! Are they seriously suggesting that granite isn't igneous? They're also ignoring the fact that lots of granite contains trace amounts of uranium and radon, which are other radioactive elements. If anyone's ever looked at a periodic table, they'd notice that uranium and radon are both bigger than polonium. Radioactive elements decay into smaller elements. If you put it all together, you have a perfect explanation as to where the polonium came from.
Religion makes one too many postulates with absolutely not one iota of empirical evidence withstanding the scientific method. Religious people rationalize that because the universe can't be explained prior to the singularity that god must exist and therefore there must be an afterlife. Two completely independent postulates. You can't take the whole freaking package people. I call myself agnostic but I can distinguish between the possibility of a god and that of an afterlife.
Gentry has NO evidence that these structure were formed by radioactive decay of Polonium. These structures could just as easily have been produced by radioactive decay of longer-lived radionuclides, such as Radon or Uranium, or by other, non-radioactive decay process. ( (1)Tom Bailleul "Polonium Haloes" Refuted, (2) John Brawley "Evolution's Tiny Violences: The Po-Halo Mystery" )
I suppose the many radio carbon dating methods showing us the world is billions of years old are all wrong. And Evolution is a lie and the fossil record doesn't support it at all. Yeah, but this guy turned everything we know on it's head. Riiiight.
Dendrochronology, Uranium fission tract dataing, paleogeomagnetism, amino acid isomerisation rates and LOADS of radioisotope dating. One unexplained phnomenon doesn't invalidate all these methods. They are independent clocks and they all agree.
Like a detective finding a scence with a corpse with a broken watch at 11am and a broken clock showing 11am. Investigations find an emergency call which hung up at 10:55 and the doctor says the death occured 10:30-11:30. Sure, the clock could've already been broken or the phone records could be wrong. All the evidence could be wrong but then they would all disagree. Its the consistency that gives confidence in the current scientific consensus.
2:28 - polonium 218 isotope radio halos have nothing to do with evolution. evolution makes no claims about geological processes nor are they anything remotely similar. Evolution is the process which organisms change from one generation to the next. Even if this video is correct in saying that granites can be formed instantly, that has nothing to do with biology, there are demonstrated numerous methods verifiable and testable methods which can be used to date fossils from millions of years ago.
Since when did the Theory of Evolution mention anything about rock formation. They are arguing against the wrong scientific discipline. I'm not an expert on Geology and physical properties of rocks, but I'm pretty positive evolution just deals with living organisms.
I really don't care to hear "expert advice" from people who don't know what they are talking about.
6:30 what is this retard talking about -- you are exactly right, how can he even make this statement while pretending to know what he is talking about. You know... the sad thing is, these kind of people go to churches and brainwash the blinded god believers with their nonsense rubbish. I know this to be a fact as I grew up with Christina parents and they always had people come to the church to talk about ways science is wrong and religion is the only way to understanding the cosmos properly
A mystery that science can't explain doesn't prove the existence of a god. It just proves that, as yet, we don't know everything. Why do people insist on jumping to the creation conclusion every time they find a gap in our current knowledge?
well Good Question dear Friend for the awnser we have to talk about the Word Religion. religion was created by man and i am not a big Fan but i do have A REALATIONSHIP and that is what true christianity is a realationship with our lord and savior jesus christ jesus died so we can all live he loves YOU and so do i will pray for you my good friend :)
that is a lie. Atheism is NOT a religion. they don't get together every sunday, they do not build churches, they do not demand that you convert to atheism or you'll go to hell, and they do not demand 10 percent of everybodys earnings, and they are not exempt from paying taxes, like EVERY religion.
Great comment jose. To call atheism a faith is insane. My atheism is based on a lack of evidence to the contrary. I have no belief system, and I don't cling to it for solace. I would prefer to call it "logical thinking". It's a shame we have to give it a name.
The molten lava probably contains a radio-active ancestor of polonium which, through a series of normal well known radio-active transformations (within the granite) becomes polonium 218
Ain't science a bitch?
Knowledge is power. Educate yourself and people can't lie to you quite so easily.
'Probably' is a well known and used word when it comes to science..especially when its biased against a Creator(which is usually). Thanks for your 'probably' answer..it has really enlightened me! LOL
really? well..science has a LOT of work to do since it cant 'duplicate' making life from dead matter(and it will fail for eternity with that one) If this world and life was very simple(coz the complexities of the universe and everything in it is SUPER complex!), then maybe then i would even consider evolution ,etc But its quite the opposite. A Christian like me doesnt need to prove anything to u or save u(impossible since only the Holy Spirit can convict the human heart to bring repentence :)
Not a crazy idea to believe world 6000yrs old or so. According to evolution, world is millions or billions of yrs old and dinos died out millions of years ago.(man came much later)yet..much archeology has shown pix written in caves,on stones, etc of man(men) fighting w/dinos. Thousands of these findings..not just a few. Evolutionist are being put in a position to 'adjust' many of their views, due to overwhelming evidence against old 'truths'of theirs! Time will discredit them more and more! :)
Tell me of one credible finding, that has been verified by anyone with a shred of scientific respectability, and i don't mean someone who has a vested interest in supporting the creationists theories.
I wouldnt find it difficult to draw pictures of men with aliens drinking tea around the camp fire, that doesnt make it so.
look, its a theory ok. the scientist are not claiming that evolution is necessarilly true, they are simply trying to learn about the earth, and theres nothing wrong with that. ok fine, evolution has a few holes, but that doesnt mean we should abandon the masses and masses of evidence for evolution and turn to an unsuported conclusion to fill the gaps, eg. the whimsical magical genesis theory of the talking snake n the naked bitch
wat naked 'b' u talking about? maybe that led YOU here? but dont speak for me or lie either. I dont EVEN want to know wat naked 'b' u talking bout by the way..obviously aint my thang!
ah ok desdes116, got it. :)yeah ..sounds just like him to say that since he acts very disrespectful. Is ok..i forgive him. He knows not wat he is talking about.
why can't atheist's and christians get along ?

gravest objection which can be urged against my theory. What new fossil finds, if any,

but the bible does mention unicorns and giants with some frequency
christians tend to believe what they're told to believe from the bible, which makes no sense since a unicorn has as much possibility for existing as a man being reincarnated or a talking snake

I gotta say, BVE... "Lol wut". He was a scientist, although one that didn't have access to the tools we do today... Don't know what point you're trying to make though.
kljhokj 3 years ago
Plutonium-218 is a decay product of gaseous radon-222, which is a decay product of uranium-238. That is, uranium decays into radon gas, which can move to other parts of the rock (these halos are only found next to small cracks in the rock, for this reason). This radon then decays to form plutonium-218, which produces the distinctive halo discussed in the video.
Creationists aren't scientists.
(Paraphrased from Philsta)
You have only proven Creationist ignorance. Grats!
kljhokj 3 years ago

Newton simply didn't have access to what we do. He was brilliant, but again, he didn't have the tools and knowledge we have now.

Are you saying that these halos are not uniform throughout the granite rocks? So is this guy intentionally misleading us with his findings?
Cootabux 3 years ago
He made assumptions that are false about geologic chemistry, and as such, mislead people in that way.
The results are, however, NOT evidence for fast granite creation. They're totally scientifically provable. In that way, he was misleading.

Reported this for being misleading. It's sort of fitting, really.

Show me a single instance of the Theory of Evolution that attempts to explain anything other than the Diversity of Life.
Evolutionary Theory DOES NOT attempt to explain the Origin of Life, Physics, Radioactivity, or any other scientific theory.
Your arguement fails as soon as you imply otherwise.
BenjaminDBrooks 3 years ago
And Christianity only defense after it's been proven wrong is... The devil has fooled you. Religion is just logical as this video.
MyndTrix420 3 years ago
The Theory of Evolution is merely a branch amongst several other -ology studies attached to the tree of science. This includes the origin of Life, Physics, etc. Scientists built this theory off their research in many of these fields.
tmsbnds01 3 years ago

I call myself agnostic but I can distinguish between the possibility of a god and that of an afterlife.
analyticchimic 3 years ago
Gentry has NO evidence that these structure were formed by radioactive decay of Polonium. These structures could just as easily have been produced by radioactive decay of longer-lived radionuclides, such as Radon or Uranium, or by other, non-radioactive decay process. ( (1)Tom Bailleul "Polonium Haloes" Refuted, (2) John Brawley "Evolution's Tiny Violences: The Po-Halo Mystery" )

Dramatic fail.

There are many problems with Gentry's hypothesis.
1. he's not a geologist & has no idea how old the rocks are
2. He can't demonstrate that concentric halos in mica are caused uniquely by alpha particles resulting from the decay of polonium
3. rocks of the type Gentry uses are known to have been geologically reworked by natural processes
Just to name 3

sodarkfilms101 3 years ago
2:28 - polonium 218 isotope radio halos have nothing to do with evolution. evolution makes no claims about geological processes nor are they anything remotely similar. Evolution is the process which organisms change from one generation to the next. Even if this video is correct in saying that granites can be formed instantly, that has nothing to do with biology, there are demonstrated numerous methods verifiable and testable methods which can be used to date fossils from millions of years ago.

son ATHEISM IS NOT A RELIGION.
josebuezas 3 years ago
Great comment jose. To call atheism a faith is insane. My atheism is based on a lack of evidence to the contrary. I have no belief system, and I don't cling to it for solace. I would prefer to call it "logical thinking". It's a shame we have to give it a name.
zeldagoblin 3 years ago
This is Nonsense and a pure con job!!
Radium (half life ~1600 years)
decays into radon (halflife ~ a few days)
which in turn decays as follows:
86 Rn 222 --> 2 He 4 + 84 Po 218

LOL
miked518 3 years ago
If it's true (not a forgery) science will explain it. It can complete some parts of the theory but surely it will not destroy it.
godwotan 3 years ago
really? well..science has a LOT of work to do since it cant 'duplicate' making life from dead matter(and it will fail for eternity with that one) If this world and life was very simple(coz the complexities of the universe and everything in it is SUPER complex!), then maybe then i would even consider evolution ,etc But its quite the opposite.

miked518 3 years ago
Tell me of one credible finding, that has been verified by anyone with a shred of scientific respectability, and i don't mean someone who has a vested interest in supporting the creationists theories.
I wouldnt find it difficult to draw pictures of men with aliens drinking tea around the camp fire, that doesnt make it so.
fergawdsache 3 years ago
look, its a theory ok. the scientist are not claiming that evolution is necessarilly true, they are simply trying to learn about the earth, and theres nothing wrong with that. ok fine, evolution has a few holes, but that doesnt mean we should abandon the masses and masses of evidence for evolution and turn to an unsuported conclusion to fill the gaps, eg. the whimsical magical genesis theory of the talking snake n the naked bitch
