Deftones music is suited for more mature (aged) fans or people looking for varied style. TBS are more mainstream and have a more conventional sound. I'm not putting down TBS, just saying that it's more likely that negativity by a large amount of DT fans is more likely due to them coming from a different side musically, thats all. We All have opinions, but I find it funny that you believe Deftones haven't had a good album sence White Pony dispite the fact even their last two records are much more creativity and variation then any album Taking Back Sunday have out. The last one was very imaginative and sapcey. Don't get me wrong though, I wouldn't compare these two bands. What you get with TBS you can't get with Deftones and vice versa. Hell I would love to see both bands, not sure about some of the others on the tour.
